We grow LOTS of things on our farm and some details change from year to year, but here is a list of the kinds of things to expect throughout our growing season.

SPRING

arugula, scallions, radishes, pea shoots, peas, lettuce, kale, garlic scapes, bok choy, mizuna, salad turnips, spinach, kohlrabi, herbs, rhubarb, maybe even asparagus

SUMMER

beets, tomatoes, peppers, mizuna, summer squash, leeks, onions, zucchini, cucumber, eggplant, okra, fennel, green beans, herbs, carrots, garlic

FALL

mizuna, salad turnips, radicchio, lettuce, kohlrabi, collards, herbs, winter squash, cabbage, arugula, bok choy, mustard, rapini, radishes, carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes

 

and lots of overlap between seasons!
